The HV-TOUCH-4 is a compact 4-inch smart control panel engineered to replace traditional switch banks with an elegant, unified building control interface. Designed to fit standard EU, UK, and UAE wall boxes, this touch screen delivers sophisticated KNX visualization without requiring custom wall preparations or oversized mounting solutions.

Operating exclusively with the HyperVisu Server (HVS-KNX), the panel provides intuitive access to lighting control, climate adjustment, blind positioning, scene activation, and energy monitoring through a responsive touch interface. The compact form factor makes it ideal for individual rooms where full building overview is not required but intelligent control remains essential.

Technical Capabilities

The HV-TOUCH-4 features a 4-inch smart control panel with 480 x 480 pixel resolution, delivering clear visualization of room controls, status feedback, and scene selections. The square aspect ratio maximizes usable screen area within the compact wall box footprint while maintaining excellent readability for icons, text, and control elements.

Powered by the PX30 chipset running Android 8.1, the panel provides smooth interface rendering and responsive touch interactions. The 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM configuration ensures reliable operation of the HyperVisu visualization application.

The integrated audio system comprises a quadruple array microphone configuration paired with a 1W speaker, supporting audio feedback, notification sounds. A proximity sensor enables automatic screen wake functionality, activating the display as users approach the panel for immediate access to controls.

The Screen Economy feature automatically transitions the display to sleep mode during periods of inactivity, conserving energy and extending panel lifespan while maintaining the premium aesthetic of a dark, unobtrusive wall panel when not in active use.

Installation & Configuration

The HV-TOUCH-4 mounts directly into standard wall boxes used throughout Europe, United Kingdom, and UAE markets, eliminating the need for custom wall preparations or surface-mounted enclosures. This standard switch box compatibility enables straightforward installation in both new construction and retrofit projects.

Configuration and customization are performed through the HyperVisu Server interface rather than on the panel itself. Through the HyperVisu Server, the touch panel provides access to the complete building ecosystem including KNX lighting and blinds, HVAC controls, energy monitoring, and Home Assistant-connected IoT devices.
