HyperVisu Server - Quick Start Guide

    This guide will help you set up your HyperVisu server and start controlling your KNX smart home system in just a few simple steps.

    Hardware Setup

    Initial Connections

    1. Connect the HyperVisu server to a 24V DC power supply
    2. Connect the network port to your building's local network using an Ethernet cable
    3. Note: By default, the server comes with a static IP address: 192.168.1.60

    Power Up

    1. Turn on the power supply
    2. Allow several minutes for the server to fully boot up
    3. The server is ready when the network LED is ON

    First Access to the Server

    Connect to the Administration Interface

    1. On a computer connected to the same network, open a web browser
    2. Enter the server's IP address in the address bar: 192.168.1.60
    3. You will see the HyperVisu landing page with two options:
      • Administration: For server configuration
      • HyperVisu: For accessing the visualization interface

    Login to Administration

    1. Click on the Administration button
    2. Use the default login credentials:
      • Username: admin
      • Password: admin1

    Basic Server Configuration

    Network Settings (Optional)

    If you need to change the default IP address:

    1. Go to the Network Settings section
    2. Choose between DHCP or static IP configuration
    3. For static IP, enter:
      • IP address
      • Gateway address
      • Subnet mask
    4. Set the timezone to match your local time
    5. Click Submit to apply changes

    Connect to ElauPro

    To link your HyperVisu server with your ElauPro project:

    1. In the administration interface, locate the System Information section
    2. Note the Serial Number and Security Token
    3. In your ElauPro account:
      • Go to the Visualization section, Server tab
      • Edit the server configuration
      • Enter the serial number and token
      • Click Save to establish the connection
    4. The status will change to "online" in ElauPro when connected successfully

    Download Configuration from ElauPro

    1. Once the connection is established, return to ElauPro
    2. Go to the Server tab in the Visualization section
    3. Click Download to transfer your project configuration to the HyperVisu server
    4. Wait for the download to complete
    5. The server will automatically apply the new configuration

    Accessing the Visualization Interface

    Web Application

    1. Return to the HyperVisu landing page (http://[server-ip])
    2. Click on the HyperVisu button
    3. Enter the username and password of a user defined in ElauPro
    4. The visualization interface will load, showing your configured rooms and devices

    Mobile Application

    1. Install the HyperVisu mobile app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
    2. Open the application
    3. On the connection screen, enter:
      • The IP address of your HyperVisu server and tap Connect
      • Username and password as defined in ElauPro and tap Login

    Basic Operation

    • Home Screen: Shows global controls and favorites
    • Rooms: Navigate to specific rooms in your building
    • Categories: View devices grouped by type (lighting, blinds, climate, etc.)

    Controlling Devices

    • Tap widgets to control devices (lights, shutters, thermostats)
    • Use sliders to adjust values (dimming levels, temperature setpoints)
    • Long-press on rooms or categories to add them to favorites

    Creating a Simple Scenario

    1. Click the "+" button in the top right corner
    2. Select Add Scene
    3. Enter a name for your scenario
    4. Select the devices to include
    5. Set the desired state for each device
    6. Save the scenario
    7. Your scenario will appear in the scenarios list and can be triggered with a single tap
