Every KNX line needs a bus power supply with a choke to feed its devices. The PS-640 provides 640 mA at 29 VDC on the bus, with the choke integrated, in a 6-module DIN rail housing.
A separate 30 V auxiliary output supplies devices that need their own power, such as actuators, without adding a second unit to the cabinet. Check the current consumption of the devices on the line when sizing the supply.

The PS-640 supplies a KNX line with up to 640 mA at 29 VDC through an integrated choke. A separate 30 VDC auxiliary output can power compatible equipment such as the MSA-810 master actuator. Both outputs share a maximum total current of 1.2 A.
