HyperVisu, by Elausys, is a building and home automation visualization platform. One appliance — the HyperVisu server — unifies the devices in your building, whatever protocol they speak, into a single app that everyone in the household can use.
What HyperVisu does
The HyperVisu server connects to your installation over KNX, Modbus TCP, Home Assistant, HTTP, MQTT, BACnet/IP, TCP/UDP and Sonos, and presents every device as a simple control in the HyperVisu app. When you tap a light in the app, the server sends the command to the physical device; when the device changes state — from a wall switch, a sensor, or an automation — the app updates in real time on every phone, tablet and wall panel at once.
Who it serves
- 👤 Resident — anyone living with the system. Residents control devices, run scenarios, and personalize their own app.
- 🔑 Owner/Admin — the household administrator (access level 5). Owners manage users, personalize the home screen, and edit names and icons.
- 🔧 Installer — the professional who commissions the server, connects the protocols, creates devices, and builds functions in the Logic engine.

The product family
- HyperVisu — the visualization platform described in this manual: the server, the apps, and the admin panel.
- ElauPro — the Elausys project cloud used by installers. Linking a server to an ElauPro project is optional: it centralizes the project information and documentation and gives the installer central remote access to all their installations (see “Integration with ElauPro”).
- The Elausys Cloud Service — the remote-access service. It lets you reach your server from anywhere without opening ports on your router (see “Solution Components & Architecture”).
