A group object (GO) is a device datapoint. A group address (GA) links it to other KNX devices or a visualisation. Assign group addresses only to the objects needed by the project and match their datatypes to Section 8.
Commissioning checks
| GO | Object | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Module status | 0 means normal operation; investigate a non-zero status. |
| 2 | Firmware version | Read the version and check the applicability in Section 11. |
| 24 | AC Power | Compare the value with the inverter display or application. |
| 30 | AC Energy | Compare the accumulated value and units. |
| 42 / 43 | Battery power / SOC | Where supported, enable Battery 1 and compare with the battery state. |
| 55 | Powermeter | Where supported, enable the meter and verify the measurement direction. |
Check power directions and availability
GO 40 Daily Energy Yield: Daily energy export to grid
GO 41 Battery 1 Running Status: Hybrid inverter Running State
GO 42 Battery 1 power: Battery charge/discharge power (>0: charging, <0: discharging)
GO 49 Battery 2 power: Battery charge/discharge power (NOT USED)
GO 55 Powermeter: Plant grid sensor active power, slave 247 (>0: buy from grid, <0: sell to grid)
Daily Energy Yield is daily export to the grid, excluding self-consumption and battery charging. GO 55 is import-positive (>0 buy from grid; <0 sell to grid). Invert the sign in KNX logic only if the application expects export-positive values.
Unavailable objects
Objects marked NOT USED are unavailable for this application even when the generic ETS interface exposes them. Check equipment and operating conditions before treating zero values as a fault.
