| Wrong zones or areas | Check zone count, zone offset, area count and Area mapping. |
| Status or scenes missing | Check enabled objects, Send area status and scene assignments. A scene value of 0 disables its recall. |
Factory Default Reset
To restore the factory defaults, toggle KNX programming mode four times in succession within 30 seconds using the KNX programming button on the front of the gateway. On the fourth toggle, the Network status LED flashes three times before the module resets. All parameters, including network settings, return to their default configuration. The gateway is then accessible at its fixed IP address, 192.168.1.51. The ETS application remains loaded and does not need to be downloaded again.
KNX status and programming mode
The gateway administration page also displays the KNX bus status and allows you to switch KNX programming mode on or off.
