Gateway web configuration
The factory gateway IP address is 192.168.1.51. Connect a laptop that can reach this address and open it in a browser. Assign a free fixed IP address suitable for the installation and reconnect at the new address after applying the change.

Connection check
After setting the application model and communication parameters, check that the Connected LED is on. The Network LED confirms only the physical Ethernet link; it does not confirm valid inverter data on KNX.
Configure Fronius
MODBUS over TCP Support
MODBUS TCP function– is disabled by default.
- Install Fronius Datamanager (=> see the Fronius Datamanager operating instructions.)
- Open Internet browser
- Enter the following in the address field of the Internet browser:
- the IP address of the Fronius Datamanager (can be accessed via System Information)
- or host name and domain name of the Fronius Datamanager.
The web interface's start page is displayed.
- Select the "Settings" section (1).
- Open the "Modbus" section (2).
- Select data export : tcp
- Set modbus port : 502
- Set Sunspec model type: int+SF
Fronius Modbus configuration reference
Use the Fronius Datamanager or GEN24 Modbus instructions for the installed inverter interface. Select TCP data output, port 502 and SunSpec model type int+SF.
